I will create a comparative market analysis (CMA) on any home that you are seriously considering purchasing. A CMA looks at recent home sales in the area of the specified property. The CMA will help us determine the fair market value of the home. This will ensure that you make an informed offer that reflects the true value of the property and helps to avoid overpaying.

After your offer has been signed, I will continue to manage the home buying process during the escrow period. I will coordinate with the seller’s agent, your lender, and all other parties involved in the transaction. I will ensure that all necessary documents are completed and signed on time, and provide guidance and support throughout the process. Additionally, I will help to resolve any issues that may arise, such as repairs or title issues.
